We offer a 24-month warranty on all watches purchased from our company, covering any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of shipping and applies only to the original purchaser. If your watch exhibits any covered defects during this period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, free of charge.

Our watches are designed for daily wear, and minor cosmetic scratches or scuffs from normal use are considered expected wear and tear. These are not covered by the warranty. The warranty focuses on ensuring the internal mechanism operates reliably.
To Make a Warranty Claim: Visit our warranty page for instructions. We encourage you to care for your timepiece properly to maintain its functionality and appearance.
As long as the the return/refund is being requested within the eligible time window of 14 days after delivery, and the watch is still unused and in the same condition that you received it, we will accept it and refund you with no questions asked. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, send us an email at hello@primitivehaus.com with the following:
• Your order number and date of purchase
• Photos and video of the condition of the watch and packaging
• Reason for return (optional)
Once we receive and process your request:
• We will provide you with a shipping label and the address which you will send the item to.
• We will provide you with a Reference ID as well which must be physically written on the box. Failure to do so will result in delays and fees.
Once your return is received and inspected:
• We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
